What is the Seder

What is the Seder

What is the Seder?

The Passover Seder is one of the seven ordained feasts that are described in Leviticus 23 and have been given to all of God’s people. It includes the retelling of the story of Israel and the mixed multitude coming out of slavery from Egypt. It includes not only the retelling (Haggadah) but many other Passover traditions that have been formulated over the years.

It celebrates the anniversary of that miraculous journey from Egyptian slavery more than 3,000 years ago and is held on the first night of Passover.

If you would like to learn more about Passover, the rest of the feast days, and how they relate to the first and second comings of our Messiah, I encourage you to visit our YouTube Channel. You will find many teachings on our website and on Youtube concerning this important subject!
